The N6NMZ repeater is open to all licensed amateur radio operators and is located at 1,200 feet in the Sierra Foothills near Auburn, California. The repeater covers the greater Sacramento area.The repeater consists of a pair modified Motorola radios, a Maxtrac receiver and a GTX transmitter. Link Comm RLC-1 controller, Astron RM-35M power supply with back-up power provided by two sealed gell batteries on a La Marche charger and a Celewave BPBR duplexer. The antenna is a Celwave fed with a 45' run of 7/8" Andrews Heliax.
